As soon as I saw the list for this week’s basket, I began getting excited! I don’t know about you, but I love pomegranates; and the little guy in this basket was adorable! Plus there are a couple of new things for me: microgreens and purple sweet potatoes. I topped my salad with microgreens, sprouts, tomatoes, and shredded carrots tonight and it was a very nice combination!
