- Theresa’s Raspberry Sauce:
- Ingredients:
- 1 bag organic frozen raspberries
- 1 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. corn starch
- 4 tsp. of sugar (or to desired sweetness)
- Instructions:
- Pour raspberries into small stockpot over medium heat.
- Stir cornstarch into water before adding to raspberries.
- Dissolve sugar into raspberry mixture.
- Cook over medium heat until reduced slightly.
- Chill before drizzling on prepared torte.
I don’t even like raspberries, but I’m still going 2 try this reipce..’cause it looked so good! Because I’m paying closer attenttion 2 what has x amount of sodium in it, l may have to switch out the earthbalane. Any suggestions?And do u use a non-dairy chocchip or a carob chip?
