Junior Chef Theresa Cooks Raspberry Sauce for Brandy Chocolate Torte on Kimberly’s Cookhouse!

8 year old Theresa, daughter of Milk and Honey Organics’ owners Ivan and Christine, shares her Raspberry Sauce recipe with Kimberly Kelly on Kimberly’s Cookhouse Vlog (serve over Brandy Chocolate Torte – recipe below).

  • Ingredients:
  • 1 bag organic frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp. corn starch
  • 4 tsp. of sugar (or to desired sweetness)
  • Instructions:
  • Pour raspberries into small stockpot over medium heat.
  • Stir cornstarch into water before adding to raspberries.
  • Dissolve sugar into raspberry mixture.
  • Cook over medium heat until reduced slightly.
  • Chill before drizzling on prepared torte.

    I don’t even like raspberries, but I’m still going 2 try this reipce..’cause it looked so good! Because I’m paying closer attenttion 2 what has x amount of sodium in it, l may have to switch out the earthbalane. Any suggestions?And do u use a non-dairy chocchip or a carob chip? Excellent show as usualCiao/Chow 4 now
